My weekly resolutions. (Target's)

 

  • 1 - Eat one nutritious meal every day.

  • 2 - Take a 10–15 minute walk after meals.

  • 3 - Start your morning with a glass of water.

  • 4 - Maintain a consistent bedtime.

  • 5 - Create a 30‑minute screen‑free wind‑down routine.

  • 6 - Enjoy one piece of fruit every day.

  • 7 - Practice two minutes of deep breathing.

  • 8 - Swap sugary drinks for water or unsweetened tea.

  • 9 - Use less salt and more natural flavor.

  • 10 - Do light strength training twice a week.

  • 11 - Eat without distractions.

  • 12 - Get five minutes of natural daylight every day.

  • 13 - Replace one unhealthy habit with a better one.

  • 14 - Keep a simple daily wellness log.

  • 15 - Celebrate one healthy choice each week.
