My journey to a better life started with clear goals. A healthier lifestyle is my priority, which means that I ban sugar from my diet as much as possible and avoid fats. Water is now my main drink, in addition to my coffee and tea (both without sugar), I drink at least 1.5 to 2 liters a day.
